When service providers "push out" a service to your network, an email is sent notifying you that they have activated your network and that it appears on the front page of the Service Guide's module for you to approve it. With this box checked, the email is sent as usual, but all services that are pushed out are automatically approved, and you will need to deactivate them afterward if something has been pushed out incorrectly.
